I’m thrilled to announce that MeetEdgar has found a new home with SureSwift Capital, a company with a long track record of running an incredible portfolio of SaaS apps. The acquisition closed in the winter of 2021 and we’ve spent the last few months working behind the scenes to make sure all of you will continue to have the best possible experience, whether you just signed up 5 minutes ago, or you’ve been using MeetEdgar for years.
Selling a business you’ve poured your heart (and hours — so many hours!) into for years is always going to feel a bit bittersweet, but I’m confident that it’s in the best hands possible. For me, it was time for the next chapter in my entrepreneurial story.
If you follow me on social media, you might already know that I launched a new company in 2020, Paperbell coaching software. As Paperbell has seen its own success, I realized I wanted to be all-in, while also giving you a team that was all-in on MeetEdgar.
